DUTIES OF SECURITY COORDINATOR & SUPERVISOR

  1. Coordinating the operational assignments of field implementing officers, both internal and external coordination, so that the assignment targets are carried out properly.
  2. Provide technical briefing on the work to the implementing staff.

  3. Regulate the division of routine and non-routine tasks to work units.

  4. Coordinating all activities related to field implementers.

  5. Conduct daily briefings for each assignment/shift change.

  6. Conducting an assessment or evaluation of the performance of field implementers.

  7. Monitor the presence of field implementers.

  8. Ensure the implementation of implementing SOP in the field.

  2. Time discipline in delivering and/or picking up people or goods from one place to another.
  3. Ensure people or goods get to their destination safely and on time.
  4. Understand GPS, pick-up locations, and driving rules on the highway, etc
  5. Understand and obey traffic signs.

RECEPTIONIST, TECHNICIAN, ADMIN

  1. RECEPTIONIST: Manage archives in the main lobby, guests, information etc.
  2. TECHNICIAN: Overcome malfunction and mechanical damage problems, as well as make repairs.
  3. ADMIN : Organize and maintain the filing system, manage corporate documents
